This Privacy Policy explains how Cucafera Games (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you play our mobile games, including Stack Sip on iOS.

Information we collect
- Gameplay analytics. Anonymous or pseudonymous event data such as app opens, level starts/completions, tutorial progress, and similar product metrics. We use Firebase Analytics (Google) for this.
- Crash and diagnostic data. Stack traces, device model/OS version, and app version when the game crashes. We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for this.
- Advertising measurement. Install and attribution signals so we can measure TikTok advertising performance. This may include device advertising identifiers when you allow tracking under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, and SKAdNetwork / related Apple attribution data when you do not.
- Local save data. Progress and settings stored on your device. This stays on device unless you explicitly share diagnostics with us.
What we do not collect
We do not require an account. We do not intentionally collect your name, email, precise location, photos, contacts, or free-form gameplay input such as exact can arrangements or touch paths for analytics.
How we use information
- Understand how the game is used and improve levels and UX
- Diagnose crashes and stability issues
- Measure and improve paid advertising (including TikTok)
- Comply with legal obligations
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process analytics and crash data based on legitimate interests in operating and improving the game, and advertising identifiers based on your consent via App Tracking Transparency when required.
Sharing
We share data with processors who help us run the game:
- Google LLC — Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
- TikTok / ByteDance entities — App Events SDK for ad measurement
- Apple — App Store distribution, SKAdNetwork attribution
We do not sell your personal information. Partners process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
Analytics and crash data are retained according to each provider’s defaults and our operational needs, then deleted or aggregated. Local save data remains until you delete the app or clear it.
Your choices
- iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — control whether apps may request the advertising identifier
- Limit Ad Tracking / Apple Personalized Ads settings on your device
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or objection where applicable law provides those rights
Children
Stack Sip is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your country). Contact us if you believe we have done so.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
